To the people of Zazzau and Kaduna state at large, on the (date of appointment) was a day filled with thrills, anxiety and hope for all.  As a 19th emir of Zazzau from the Mallawa dynasty emerged two weeks after the death of the late emir Alhaji Shehu Idris who was from the Katsinawa dynasty. It was indeed a well-deserved appointment.

Brief History & Education

Mallam Ahmad was born on the 8th June 1966 in Zaria City. Until his appointment as the 19th emir of Zazzau, Mallam Ahmad was the Magajin Garin Zazzau (otherwise The Heir to the Throne of Zazzau) conferred to him in 2001. He was also a serving ambassador of Nigeria to Thailand.

At age ( ) Ahmad Bamalli attended (name of primary school) from (year). He then proceeded to (name of secondary school) where he obtained his school leaving certificate in the year (—-). By 1989, Ahmad has obtained a bachelor’s degree in (name of course) from the famous Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. And within the years of 1998 and 2002 he has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a mater’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and Ahmadu Bello University respectively. In the year 2009, Ahmad further obtained a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the Oxford University United Kingdom. He is also acquired fellowship in Conflict Resolution from the university of York UK in the year 2009 and also obtained GMP from the reputable Harvard Business School in 2011.
